Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products, all Blossom Auras products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping Charge Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation by Blossom Auras
Blossom Auras reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may occur due to reasons including but not limited to:

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Blossom Auras shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from order cancellation.
